Terms of Service - Aura Focus

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aura Focus mobile app, website, updates pages, and related services. By accessing or using Aura Focus, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

You may use Aura Focus only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device or account.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where permitted by law, or use Aura Focus to store or transmit unlawful content.

Some features may require sign-in or cloud connectivity. If you enable sync, you are responsible for keeping your device, sign-in credentials, and any exported backup or encryption material secure.

Aura Focus includes local-first features, and some synced data may rely on user-controlled encryption or recovery steps. You are responsible for preserving any keys, backup files, or account access needed to restore your data.

Certain premium features may be offered through paid plans such as Aura Pro. In-app purchases and subscriptions made on Android are billed through Google Play and may also be subject to Google's applicable store terms and billing policies.

Subscription renewal, cancellation, trial handling, and refunds are generally managed through the store platform used for purchase. Pricing and feature availability may change prospectively, but changes will not rewrite access already granted for an active billing period unless allowed by law or store policy.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Aura Focus, such as tasks, journal entries, voice notes, and profile customization. You grant Aura Focus only the limited rights needed to operate the features you choose to use, including storage, sync, backup, and display inside the app and website where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, record, or share. You are also responsible for keeping your own backup copies when that is important to you.

We may update, suspend, or change parts of Aura Focus over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever or operate uninterrupted in every region, device, or network condition.

Some functionality depends on third-party services such as app stores, cloud platforms, authentication providers, or advertising and payment services. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies that also apply to your use of their services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Focus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be error free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Aura Focus is a productivity tool, not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Focus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Aura Focus at any time. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions under applicable law, will continue to apply.
